Delivery times will vary depending on your location but will generally take between 1-10 business days. Currently stocked items will be despatched same day or next day. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to carry all items listed online all the time. If an item is out of stock, we will order from our supplier immediately and mark your order as priority. We primarily use Australia Post, TNT and Border Express to deliver your order and their delivery time frames vary by location and service used.

In most cases this is not an issue at all. You are welcome to return it to us via post/courier as applicable or if you are located in WA, you can return directly to any of our 10 stores for a refund/store credit.
