Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a purchased item it may be returned to us within 30 days and we'll give you a refund (excluding delivery costs). All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include a copy of your invoice. Please contact us prior to returning an order so we can assure quick processing of the cancellation.
Refunds will be issued if the returned item is substantially not as described or is unfit for the intended purpose and was recommended by our staff, otherwise we offer a store credit. Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total (excluding freight). Return freight costs will be covered by the customer.
All returns and credit/refunds are subject to inspection of goods.
Goods covered by manufacturers warranty are for Australian residents only. You can return your warrantable tool to any one of our 12 stores along with your proof of purchase. Alternatively, you can take your tool and your proof of purchase to your nearest authorised warranty service agent. More information available here
