The M18 FUEL™ 20" (508mm) Dual Battery Chainsaw generates the equivalent of 70cc power, delivers faster cutting through reduced stalls, and provides users a balanced design for more control. The saw is designed to meet the performance, durability, and ergonomic needs of the professional chainsaw user. M18 FUEL™ technology allows this saw to generate 4.3 kW (5.8HP) peak power, enabling users to take on demanding applications. The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor reaches full throttle in under one second and maintains speed under heavy loads without bogging down to outperform petrol and higher voltage competitors. The Power Mode Select feature enables users to run the saw in Standard Power Mode with 3.3 kW (4.4 HP) or Peak Power Mode with 4.3 kW (5.8 HP) giving users ultimate control over runtime and power output. Standard Power Mode maximises runtime while running cooler, while Peak Power Mode supplies maximum power to prevent stalls in the toughest applications. REDLINK™ PLUS Intelligence enables full-circle communication between the saw and battery, providing unmatched levels of performance, protection, and productivity. Optimised for use with (2) M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 8.0Ah batteries, the Dual Battery Chainsaw delivers up to 60 cuts per charge in 10" (254mm) hardwoods. The saw’s balanced design and professionally demanded feature set enable maximum control during application. The Dual Battery Chainsaw features dual metal bucking spikes, high visibility felling sight lines, a Power Mode Select button, dual captured bar nuts, and onboard scrench storage with an integrated bar rail cleaner.

Courier Service
  • Heavy and/or bulky items will be shipped by road transport with one of our couriers.
  • Orders shipped with a courier can only be delivered to a fixed address (PO Boxes not accepted)
  • Courier deliveries to residential addresses (ie. someone lives there) will incur additional freight charges. The appropriate shipping option should be selected on checkout.
  • If the non-residential option is selected in error at checkout we'll contact you after your order is placed to request additional payment or to arrange delivery to an alternative non-residential address. We could, for example, ship your order to a friend or family members place of business.
  • If you can't use a non-residential shipping address you can choose to have your order delivered to your local freight depot. Simply select the "Non-Residential" shipping option and enter your shipping street address as "C/O Freight Depot" at checkout. The courier company will contact you directly and provide further instructions when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Courier deliveries to remote Australian islands may incur additional freight charges.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location but will generally take between 1-10 business days. Currently stocked items will be despatched same day or next day. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is out of stock we will order from our supplier immediately and mark your order as priority.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchased item it may be returned to us within 30 days and we'll give you a refund (excluding delivery costs). All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include a copy of your invoice. Please contact us prior to returning an order so we can assure quick processing of the cancellation.
