This is a great tool, BUT u have to be carful as you can overload the ratchet mec when in the extended position.
The other prob with the tool there are no parts available so at $100 and when a 20 cent spring gives out the frustration builds.
Come on Kinchome you can do better!!!!!!!

Hi Rick, Kincrome can offer a full replacement on the ratchet under the lifetime guarantee if there is a manufacturing fault with it. At this stage we don’t have a repair kit available, but if there is something wrong with it you can take it back and get a brand new one.

Heavy and/or bulky items will be shipped by road transport with one of our couriers.
Orders shipped with a courier can only be delivered to a fixed address (PO Boxes not

Courier deliveries to residential addresses (ie. someone lives there) will incur
additional freight charges. The appropriate shipping option should be selected on

If the non-residential option is selected in error at checkout we'll contact you after
your order is placed to request additional payment or to arrange delivery to an
alternative non-residential address. We could, for example, ship your order to a friend
or family members place of business.
If you can't use a non-residential shipping address you can choose to have your order
delivered to your local freight depot. Simply select the "Non-Residential" shipping
option and enter your shipping street address as "C/O Freight Depot" at checkout. The
