Toolmart Prize Wheel Trade Lottery Terms and Conditions

“TOOLMART SPIN & WIN” promotion applies to eligible Perth Tradies Expo purchases in the Toolmart Pavilion. Customers may redeem one free spin of the wheel for the chance to win vouchers and other prizes. This promotion will be running at Perth Tradies’ Expo in the Toolmart Pavilion from Friday June 13th 2025 through to Sunday June 15th 2025.

How to Enter:

Purchases made in the Toolmart Pavilion at the Perth Tradie Expo on Friday June 13th through to Sunday June 15th 2025 will be eligible for one spin of the “Toolmart prize wheel”.

Simply present your invoice to the Toolmart team member at the wheel station located onsite at the time of purchase to redeem your spin. 

Conditions of Entry:

• Entrants must be 18 years or over to be eligible for an entry.
• The right to request proof of age is in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
• Entrants must retain their cash sale invoice as proof of purchase and payment.
• Failure to present their cash sale invoice when requested will at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
• Purchase must be made on site during the promotion periods mentioned above to qualify for an entry. Purchases made online or over the phone will not qualify for entry.
• Entrants must have paid their cash sale invoice in full at the time of purchase to be considered an eligible invoice and qualify for a spin.
• In the event that an item/s associated with a cash sale invoice which resulted in a prize gift card is returned for a refund, the value of the gift card relating to the items can be recouped or deducted from any refund issued to the entrant.
• Cash sale invoices with extended trading terms will not be eligible to enter the promotion.
• Excludes all purchases made online, large volume, commercial orders and Trade Account sales.
• Cash sale invoices part paid for or paid for in full with a Toolmart gift card do not qualify for a spin.
• All individual entrants may redeem one spin per cash sale invoice however all items in a single transaction must be on a single cash sale invoice. Multiple cash sale invoices for additional entries on a single sale is not allowed.
• The prize or percentage discount applies ONLY to the single cash sale invoice related to that spin of the wheel. Entrants cannot combine multiple cash sale invoices to obtain an increased prize value.
• Entrants must redeem their entry before leaving the site.
• Failure to redeem your spin before exiting the venue or Toolmart site will result in an automatic forfeiture of your entry.
• When spinning the prize wheel, entrants must ensure they spin the wheel at least one complete turn.
• Failure to spin the wheel resulting in at least one complete turn will result in disqualification.
• The ability for a second attempt to spin after a disqualifying spin is in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
• Entrants must not work for or be directly associated with the Promotor, affiliates or any associated companies.
• Entrants must otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions.

General Conditions:

• If you have won a % off, this will be presented in the form of a gift voucher and will only be valid to be used in store at all Toolmart stores. 
• All promotional gift vouchers are valid to 31/12/2025. 
• Gift Vouchers are not extendable and cannot be reactivated after December 31st 2025. 
• Failure to redeem your gift voucher before 31/12/2025 will result in forfeiture of your prize.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable and must be taken as offered.
• Gift vouchers resulting from this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts code.
• All ‘Lucky Dip’ Winners must draw their prize at random and are not able to select an item of their choosing.
• All ‘Lucky Dip’ prizes are final and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
• ‘Lucky Dip’ prizes are subject to change and are based on availability. The promoter reserves the right to change, add or remove items at their discretion. 
• The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct of the Competition. The Promoter reserves its rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
• The promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, ineligible or incorrectly submitted.
• If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the closure of the Promoter’s premises, government directives, public health orders and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants.
• The Promoter may disclose your personal information, including details of winners where required or authorised to do so by or under law or the disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the law.

Draw Date: Immediately with an eligible cash sale invoice before leaving store or site.

Prize Draw:

Each Entrant will spin the Prize Wheel once, and when the Prize Wheel stops, it will point to the item that the Entrant is entitled to receive (Prize). The Prize Wheel will display a range of prizes, which will be one of the following

• Lucky Dip Surprise item
• 5% off gift voucher
• 10% off gift voucher
• 15% off gift voucher
• 20% off gift voucher
• 25% off gift voucher
• 50% off gift voucher

Lucky Dip prizes are subject to change and are at the discretion of the promoter. The promoter makes no guarantees regarding minimum prize values.

Winners will be notified immediately by the Toolmart team member. Winners will receive their prize immediately from the Toolmart team member and the prize must be collected immediately. Prize winners may be asked to provide their email address upon collection of the Prize. Proof of identity or proof of age may also be requested.
