A few weeks ago we were approached about the plight of a young apprentice plumber, Jack Wilson. Unfortunately, Jack's ute with all his tools, had been stolen, stripped and later found abandoned. As I'm sure you can appreciate, it's extremely hard as an apprenctice tradie to do your job and learn your trade without the aid of your tools.
To help get Jack back onto his feet we put a call out to some of our major suppliers for help, and were able to organize over $4000 worth of tools for him.
We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to those suppliers - without whose donations none of this would have been possible.
Thank you to:
- Stanley Black & Decker/Sidchrome
- Kincrome
- Makita
- Milwaukee
- Teng Tools
- Hitachi
- Newell Rubbermaid/Irwin Tools
- Spear & Jackson
- Bahco
- Bosch
We wish Jack all the best in finishing his apprenticeship with his new tools, and if we ever need a plumber - we know who to call!
