Instore Pickup

This option allows you to pick up your order from our Belmont store at no added cost. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be available for pickup. (available for store opening times - between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturday).

Delivery In Australia

Toolmart deliver the Products ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA* - (Subject to conditions).

All orders (under 20kg & under 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Australia Post Receipted Delivery method at FIXED PRICES.

All orders (over 20kg & over 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via our nominated freight company or your preferred carrier if details are provided.

$20 FLAT RATE for regular parcels under 5kg within Australia!

For parcels over 5kg Toolmart will email you within 12 hours of receiving an order, the exact couriers freight cost.

You are required to respond to this email with 'Confirmation Order Go-ahead' for the quoted freight cost & adjusted order total.

Toolmart will not process any credit card transactions until we have your order confirmation or cancellation email response.

International Delivery

If you wish to place an order for international delivery of an item to your place, we do offer delivery outside of Australia.

You are required to respond to this email with a chosen freight option/price & adjusted order total.

Toolmart will not process any credit card transactions until we have you order confirmation or cancellation email response.

Delivery Time

All products ordered that are currently stock will be despatched same day or next day.

Allow between 4-8 working days for delivery* (depending on delivery address & if product is in stock) from your order being dispatched.

All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will take between 4-8 days to arrive in our store.

We can deliver direct to a relative or friend ( eg. present ), as long as buyers information has been approved by Web Server Security processing.

Individual orders may be placed and paid by MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD,

DIRECT DEPOSIT BANK TRANSFER & NOW PAYPAL.

Returns, Refunds & Repairs

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with any items from this web site, then they may be returned within 7 days from receipt by you. All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include details of the invoice number, invoice date, copy of credit voucher (if applicable), reasons for return and contact details should we wish to get in touch with you.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued if the returned item is substantially not as described or is unfit for the intended purpose and was recommended by our staff, otherwise we offer a store credit. Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total (excluding freight). Return freight costs will be covered by customer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All electrical tools require 240 volt electricity & tools bought from countries with 110v-120v electricity are void from any refunds (including freight costs), because of incorrect voltage supply. Please choose knowing that these 240v need a step-down transformer (240v-110v) to operate.

All returns and credit/refunds are subject to inspection of goods.

REPAIRS

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Goods are covered by manufacturers warranty of 1, 2 or 3 years (depending on manufacturer) for Australian residents only.

All overseas orders, where goods are shipped outside of Australia, Toolmart does not cover return to store warranty claims & warranty freight costs. Warranty claims can be processed at a service repair agent in your country with the warranty receipt supplied by Toolmart. Email us for nearest repair agent to you.

If item is faulty due to manufacturing errors, please email us with repair enquiry & send item with 'proof of purchase' to Toolmart.

NON WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you would like us to repair damaged power tools or air tools, please email us with repair enquiry & send your item to Toolmart. We will provide a quote to repair your item for a fee of 44.00 & email you with repair details.

You decide if you would like to go ahead with the repair & email us back with confirmation. If you decide to go ahead with the repair the $44.00 quote fee is credited to the cost of the repairs.
